El Chile Toreado is the most recognized and best Mexican food truck in Santa Fe!

This place provides some of Santa Fe’s Best Breakfast Burritos, and unbelievable tacos.

Bang Bite Filling Station

This food truck that stays tucked away at Santa Fe Brewing, serves up one of the best Green Chile Cheeseburgers in Santa Fe.

Pair that with exceptional Beer, and your evening is on another level in the city different.

El Molero

While not technically a Santa Fe Food Truck, El Molero is a Santa Fe food cart staple.

Regularly operating on the corner of the Santa Fe Plaza, this is an amazing food option if you are looking to grab a solid quick bite or don’t have the time to wine and dine.

Bruno’s Pizzeria

Possibly one of the best places for Pizza in Santa Fe, Bruno’s is a reliable and excellent food truck option when visiting Santa Fe.

Bo’s Authentic Thai

Santa Fe is unfortunately limited to only a few Thai eating options, but luckily Bo’s is one that’s a great option close to downtown.

Steam and Smoke

One of the newer food trucks to arrive in the Santa Fe Food Scene, Steam and Smoke can be found in the railyard district adjacent to Nuckolls Brewery.

We haven’t eaten here yet but we are dying to! All we have heard is excellent reviews!

Where to Find Food Trucks in Santa Fe

Santa Fe food trucks are scattered throughout the city, but a few areas have noticeably higher concentrations. If you want the most options, start with Airport Road, Cerrillos Road, Rufina/Siler, and the downtown area

Airport Road — Largest concentration of food trucks

This is probably the most important food-truck corridor in Santa Fe, especially for tacos, birria, burritos, and other Mexican food. Several trucks are clustered along Airport Road, making it one of the easiest areas to explore multiple options in one trip.

Cerrillos Road — Lots of variety

Cerrillos Road has food trucks scattered along the corridor rather than concentrated in one single lot. You’ll find Mexican food, sushi, specialty concepts, and several long-running local trucks.

Rufina / Siler — Creative district options

The Rufina and Siler Road area has a smaller food-truck scene, but it’s worth checking if you’re visiting the Midtown or Meow Wolf area.

Downtown / Old Santa Fe Trail — Convenient for visitors

Downtown has fewer food trucks than Airport Road or Cerrillos, but there are several options tucked around Old Santa Fe Trail, Galisteo Street, and nearby streets. This is the easiest area for visitors staying near the Plaza to check first.
