How do I get to White Ridge Bike Trails?
The trail system is located in San Ysidro, about 50 minutes northwest of Albuquerque. Getting to White Ride Bike Trails is fairly simple but is certainly out in the middle of nowhere.
Exiting at Bernalillo onto Highway 550, you will drive about 20 minutes until you reach Cabezon Road. From here you have 4.5 miles of dirt and dust before reaching the parking lot.

Dragon’s Back is the trail that attracts bikers and hikers alike. This ridgeline ride is absolutely stunning and will certainly be permeated into your memories for years to come.
The ride follows the west ridge of the area for about 3.5 miles before exiting into the valley below. Riders can choose to take the more scenic and demanding west trail back or ride back through a flat and less scenic east trail.
